Teflex (basic) is a universal antimicrobial coating suitable for the protection of surfaces of a diverse nature; such as, concrete, break, wood, metal, tile and glass. It kills germs and controls mold and mildew growth.

It is odorless, colorless and its pH is close to neutral. Its ability to provide long-term biocidal protection distinguishes Teflex (basic) from many other disinfectants available on the market today. Also in contrast to many other products, Teflex (basic) is environmentally friendly and does not contain any hazardous substances. The use of Teflex (basic) for the disinfection of water supplies helps to solve the problem of corrosion, a problem that often occurs when using other commercially available disinfectants.

Teflex (basic) forms an extremely thin, practically non-existent layer that adheres firmly to the treated surface. The layer has a microporous structure that does not suffocate the surface it is being applied to and thus allows for the treated surface to breath.
